Agreement
By creating an account, accessing FREEDOM, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the End User License Agreement. If you use FREEDOM for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these agreements for that organization.
Accounts and permitted use
You must provide an email address you control, complete email verification, protect your credentials, and keep account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring authorized users follow these Terms. FREEDOM is intended for lawful business operations by adults.
Trial and subscription
A valid payment method is required to begin the 7-day free trial. The current subscription is $99 USD per month. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Unless canceled, the subscription begins when the trial ends and renews automatically each month at the then-disclosed price until canceled.
Stripe processes subscription payments. Taxes may apply where required. Billing questions should be sent to support@freedomsoftware.app. These Terms do not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Cancellation and reactivation
You may cancel in FREEDOM by selecting “Cancel Subscription” and then “Confirm.” Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period. Access continues until that date. Canceling before the trial ends prevents the first subscription charge.
Cancellation does not automatically delete customer data. FREEDOM preserves the account’s operational history so you can resubscribe later. Contact support to request deletion.
Customer content
You retain ownership of information you enter into FREEDOM. You grant American Home Solutions the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that information to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit customer content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse FREEDOM, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, distribute malicious code, evade account or subscription controls, reverse engineer except where the law permits it, or use the service to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Service changes and availability
We may maintain, secure, update, or change FREEDOM as the product evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, legal compliance, or a material violation of these Terms.
Third-party services
FREEDOM may interact with services such as Stripe and Apple Calendar. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to their services. American Home Solutions is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.
Disclaimers and liability
FREEDOM is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is business operations software and is not accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, legal, financial, bidding, or estimating software. You remain responsible for business decisions, records, backups appropriate to your business, and use of specialized professional systems.
To the extent permitted by law, American Home Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of FREEDOM. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes and contact
Updated Terms will be posted with a new version and effective date. Continued use after an updated agreement becomes effective may require acceptance of that version.
