License grant
Subject to an active trial or subscription and compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, American Home Solutions grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the FREEDOM application for your internal business operations on supported devices.
Ownership
FREEDOM, its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by American Home Solutions or its licensors. The application is licensed, not sold. You retain ownership of customer content as described in the Terms.
Restrictions
You may not copy or distribute FREEDOM except as needed for authorized installation, rent or sublicense it, remove proprietary notices, bypass access or subscription controls, use it to provide an unauthorized hosted service, or reverse engineer or modify it except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits.
Accounts and service connection
The desktop application requires a FREEDOM account and communicates with FREEDOM services for authentication, subscription status, data access, and supported updates. Your use of the connected service is also governed by the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Updates
FREEDOM may offer signed updates that correct defects, improve security, or change features. You control installation when the application presents an update, but older versions may eventually become unsupported or incompatible with the service.
Cancellation and termination
Canceling a subscription ends licensed access at the end of the current trial or billing period. American Home Solutions may suspend or terminate this license if you materially violate the governing agreements or if access must be restricted for security, legal, or nonpayment reasons. Sections intended by their nature to continue after termination remain effective.
Third-party components and services
FREEDOM may include open-source components and may connect to third-party services. Applicable third-party licenses and terms remain in effect for those components or services.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. FREEDOM does not replace accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, legal, bidding, or estimating systems or professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, American Home Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the application. This EULA does not limit rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
