Who is responsible for FREEDOM
American Home Solutions, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“AHS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates FREEDOM. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@freedomsoftware.app.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating and using an account, including your email address, password in protected form, workspace information, projects, contacts, schedules, notes, equipment records, labor-hour records, feedback, and support communications.
We also maintain service records needed to operate and protect FREEDOM, such as login and security events, IP address, browser or device information, agreement versions and acceptance time, subscription status, and technical diagnostics. For a limited set of account and trial lifecycle emails, FREEDOM records when the message was sent, when its first-party image was requested, and when its FREEDOM action link was used. Image requests are an approximate engagement signal and do not prove that a person read the message. These email-engagement records do not store the request IP address, browser details, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers.
If you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar, FREEDOM stores the connected account identifier and encrypted authorization tokens needed to provide Calendar Synchronization.
Stripe processes payment-method details for subscription checkout. FREEDOM receives billing identifiers and subscription status but does not store your complete card number.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot FREEDOM.
- Authenticate users and preserve the correct customer workspace.
- Process trials, subscriptions, cancellations, and reactivations.
- Send account verification, recovery, operational, and support communications, and measure delivery and engagement with selected account and trial lifecycle emails.
- Respond to requests, improve the service, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
How information is shared
We use service providers only as needed to operate FREEDOM, including hosting, email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. When you enable Calendar Synchronization, FREEDOM sends the selected event details to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Calendar as directed by you. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell FREEDOM customer data.
Retention and account cancellation
FREEDOM preserves customer data after subscription cancellation so the account can be reactivated without losing its operational history. We retain information while an account is maintained and as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, billing records, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations.
You may request account-data deletion by contacting support. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, billing, legal, or compliance purposes.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect FREEDOM information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your choices
You may update account information in FREEDOM, cancel a subscription in the application, request assistance, or ask about access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support. Applicable law may provide additional rights.
Children
FREEDOM is business software and is not directed to children under 18. Do not create an account for a child or submit a child’s personal information.
Changes to this policy
