Quick-start guide
FREEDOM does not use a separate setup wizard. Follow the current application flow below to secure your account, focus the navigation, and enter the work that already matters.
Start the 7-day free trial with your email address and a secure password, accept the current customer agreements, then open the single-use verification link sent to your email.
Review the $99 USD monthly subscription terms, add a valid payment method through secure Stripe Checkout, and download the current verified application for a supported Apple device. Windows and Android users can access FREEDOM through the web. You will not be charged until the 7-day trial ends.
Open Settings and review Businesses. Confirm the active workspace, name, icon, color, and optional logo. Create another workspace only when you truly operate more than one business.
The active business supplies context throughout FREEDOM. All Businesses views provide cross-business visibility where supported.
In Settings, open Navigation. Reorder the navigation and hide modules that are not part of your current workflow. Settings itself always remains available.
Return to Overview, choose Customize, and arrange the widgets around the facts you need at the beginning of the day. Show or hide each widget independently; these preferences are separate from navigation module visibility and preserve your dashboard order.
Add the people and organizations your businesses share in Contacts. Use Leads for pre-project conversations, activity history, next follow-up dates, and appointments. A lead can later be converted into a project.
Open Projects and start a project blank or from an editable project template. Add the sections, tasks, notes, planned labor hours, and subcontractor assignments that describe the real work.
Planned labor hours are operational. FREEDOM does not calculate bids, prices, invoices, or financial estimates.
Select the right business workspace and place today’s work into the appropriate operational stages. Add recurring procedures where repeatable work needs to stay visible.
In the FREEDOM app on a supported Apple device, choose a writable Apple Calendar beside the sync control. FREEDOM can synchronize dated project timeline tasks, lead follow-ups, and scheduled customer activities while keeping their operating history in FREEDOM.
If your business relies on equipment, record each item’s core details and availability. Add reservations, inspections, service, maintenance, repairs, and parts as those events occur.
Begin each day in Overview and Command Center. Update follow-ups, project tasks, schedules, equipment records, and actual labor hours as work changes so the operational history remains useful.
Keep the boundary clear
FREEDOM is ready when it reflects current operational reality. Continue using your preferred financial, payroll, workforce, scheduling, time-tracking, and communication systems for the work they handle best.
